Web Browsers

Currently the platform works on Chrome and Firefox web browsers, but may run into errors on Safari. In addition, certain privacy preferences may prevent the platform from accessing the TSDR data it needs to function. If you have any issues, please let us know.

Support

On occasion you may encounter a trademark that is stored on the TSDR in a nuanced way that the platform doesn’t recognize. If you have any issues with a particular trademark, let us know and we are generally able to promptly update the platform to resolve the issue.

Functionality

Currently the platform can prepare responses to likelihood of confusion and descriptiveness rejections after a Non-Final Action or Suspension Letter has been issued. Soon the platform will be able help respond to other types of rejections.
